RESUMEN

Las ideas del quehacer educacional cubano y la organización del Sistema Nacional de Educación han estado presentes en las diferentes etapas históricas y han permitido regular la política educacional en la atención a las aspiraciones de brindar una educación de calidad para todos como derecho humano. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las etapas por las que ha transitado la Educación Comparada en Cuba y sus tendencias con vistas a encontrar nuevas vías y alternativas para su desarrollo. Para alcanzar este objetivo se ha realizado un estudio teórico de las figuras y hechos educativos que más han aportado a este campo científico y los hitos principales de la educación cubana. La Educación Comprada en Cuba ha transitado por diferentes etapas, que la convierte en una metodología científica para la realización de diferentes estudios comparados y sus tendencias de desarrollo, tanto del sistema educativo en general, como de las políticas seguidas en diferentes momentos de su desarrollo histórico. Podemos identificar tres etapas a partir de los estudios realizados.

ABSTRACT

The ideas of the Cuban educational work and the organization of the National Education System have been present in the different historical stages and have allowed to regulate the educational policy in response to the aspirations of providing quality education for all as a human right. This paper aims to analyze the stages which Comparative Education has gone through in Cuba and its development trends to find new ways and alternatives for its development. To achieve this objective, a theoretical study of the educational figures and educative facts that have contributed most to this scientific field and the main landmarks of Cuban education has been carried out. The Comparative Education in Cuba has gone through different stages, which makes it a scientific methodology for the realization of different compare studies and their development tendencies, both of the education system in general, and of the policies followed at different moments of its historical development. We can identify three stages from the studies carried out.
